Our agency prides itself on delivering quality customer service from the start of a policy and throughout the client/agency relationship.

Many of our clients consider Flores Insurance Agency & Associates as their "personal insurance advisor". We spend many more hours assisting clients (and "prospective" clients) with understanding insurance coverage and products than we do in actually selling insurance policies! Is that bad for business? No! I think that educating our clients about the nuances of insurance make for better educated consumers and better clients!
